Christian By Faith Marketplace "Return & Refund Policy"

 

Christian By Faith Marketplace does two things:

1) Sell its' own products under the name and brand of Christian By Faith Store, 

2) Is a promoter, marketer and a directory for different other products and services sold by other people, brands and/or companies. We do not however sell those products ourselves. For any questions and return wishes, please contact the seller directly through their own selling place or website that you can find once you click on their directory (product or service) listing. 

 

Return Policy for our own, Christian By Faith Store, products:

We currently only sell digital products. All digital products are non-refundable. Please make sure you are wishing to buy the digital product before you finalize the purchase. We do not unfortunately offer returns or refunds for digital products. 

Return Policy for Membership Plans:

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Currently our memberships are monthly and by purchasing a monthly membership subscription, you agree and adhere to repetitive monthly subscription fees. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each subscription in advance. 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Please note that membership plan subscription fees are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your membership plan, you can opt for one of the following solutions:

1) Either write to us via e-mail or social media in advance and we will find ways how to advance your experience with us together,

2) or cancel your membership subscription at any moment by writing to us or through the link you will receive to your e-mail. 

 

Return Policy for Directory (Products and Services) Listings: 

As we do not sell those products ourselves, we are not the contact company, brand, or person, for potential refunds and returns for those products and services. 

Please contact each directory listing owner, product or service provider, directly through clicking on one of their listings and then on the "Buy Now" button. That button will redirect you to the place that the actual selling happens at. Please check that redirection site and see if there is any contact information provided their.
